Replace Your Homes Siding

The number one way that homeowners can add value to their home is by replacing their siding with brand new siding. If you think about it, the first thing you see when you look at a home is the outside, aka the siding. As a matter of fact, what better way to make a long lasting first impression than having nice looking siding on your home? Home's that suffer from old or beat up looking siding are more than likely going to earn the title of a fixer-upper which is never a good thing especially if you're trying to sell the home! It's important for homeowners to keep in mind that in the real estate world, you can usually judge a home by looking at it from the outside, so old siding will set the tone for expectations of what potential buyers will find inside the house. Homeowners...

If you're a homeowner who lives in an area that is prone to hail or other rough weather such as torrential rains and heavy snow, then you may want to consider having an impact-resistant shingle installed on your home. Impact-resistant shingles are manufactured and tested extensively to help ensure that the roof withstands the extreme forces from Mother Nature.

More recently, the new Glenwood® Shingles have joined Grand Sequoia® ArmorShield™ and Timberline® ArmorShield™ II Roofing Shingles to help offer impact resistance shingles that work for many budgets and styles.

The three shingle options above offer homeowners an excellent combination of protection, beauty, and potential insurance savings* for the home. (Please see the * at the end of this blog for further inform...

Can My Attic Insulation and Ventilation Problems Be Corrected?
February 24th, 2017 9:22 pm

The simple answer is yes, it can be corrected!

NEO Roofing

Attic insulation problems can be rectified by a DIY solution if you are handy and agile enough to get into the tights spots in your attic, or by a roofing or insulation contractor. Rectifying attic ventilation problems is simple in some homes but can be cost-prohibitive in other homes, depending on the existing construction details. Attic ventilation was not well understood by architects or home builders until around 1990. As such, many homes built before 1990 do not have proper attic ventilation.

Some of these problems are easily corrected but other ventilation problems in older homes are prohibitively expense to correct. Examples of ventilation problems that are difficult to correct are those that occur in Cathedral Ceilings. This type of construction detail eliminates attic space and replaces it with a...

Very Knowledgeable and Friendly...

They gave an estimate for replacing a roof and installing new gutters. They gave me a complete breakdown about what I need for an ice back-up prevention system, a new roof and new gutters. I just have to pick out a color and give them the okay but I want to wait for warmer weather. The people were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will find out how the gutter guard system will work out in the fall, but they did say that if they do clog they will come out to clean them at no charge.Ralph Holter.
